How do you estimate your renovation budget online?
The Kodarch calculator helps you get a gross budget range before contacting tradespeople. Enter the room (or property) area, current wall and floor condition, desired finish level, then select work items: paint, flooring, tiles, electrics, bathroom or kitchen packs, and more. Amounts shown are indicative: they help frame a project, not replace a signed quote.
Once you have an estimate, you can create the room in the floor plan editor with dimensions already filled in. You can visualise the project in the space while keeping a cost baseline for your discussions.

Which projects is it for?
- Bathroom: pre-selected estimate
- Kitchen: pre-selected estimate
- Living spaces (living room, bedroom…)
- Whole home or several areas
- Living room, bedroom or several areas: enter the combined floor area of the rooms covered by your selected work items
