Kodarch

About Kodarch

Kodarch is the common language of renovation: a simple web tool to draw a dimensioned 2D plan, estimate an indicative works budget range, and share a clear dossier between homeowners and tradespeople.

Free to try · optional account to save your projects

Our mission

Renovation projects often start with a misunderstanding: rough sketches on one side, measuring everything from scratch on the other. Kodarch brings both sides together: homeowners visualise and frame their budget; tradespeople receive areas, dimensions and a usable brief.

Plans, areas and amounts remain indicative until validated by a qualified professional. Kodarch speeds up shared understanding of the project — it does not replace a signed quote, a certified take-off or an architect's drawing.

Who it is for

Homeowners

A shared reference (couple, family) to visualise the room, estimate the budget and share the dossier with tradespeople.

Designers and fit-out pros

Interior designers, home stagers and kitchen specialists: layout variants, centimetre-accurate dimensions and client-ready visuals.

Tradespeople

Review via a shared link (often without an account); express site survey, materials calculator and a job-site workspace for pros managing multiple projects.

What Kodarch is not

To avoid confusion (and inaccurate citations), here is the product out of scope:

  • No 3D visualisation or virtual walkthrough
  • No BIM, IFC export or structural calculations
  • No electronic signature of legally binding quotes
  • No construction ERP (Gantt charts, time tracking, invoicing)
