The website kodarch.io and the associated “Kodarch” service are published by Stephen Hervouët, as a natural person residing in France, without a company registered in the commercial register.

As such, no SIRET, trade register or EU VAT number applies as a non-professional publisher. This notice will be updated if a formal business structure is created.

2. Nature of the service

Kodarch is currently a personal project developed and maintained by its publisher on a non-professional basis, outside any formal commercial business structure. The service is offered in continuous evolution: bugs, outages, slowness, temporary data loss or inaccuracies in plans and figures may occur despite reasonable precautions.

You use the service with this understanding. Information displayed (plans, areas, budgets) remains indicative — see the terms of service. To report an issue or suggest an improvement, write to support@kodarch.io.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States — vercel.com.

Application data (accounts, projects, files) is hosted via Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage), with servers located in the European Union (EU Central region) when this configuration is active.

All elements comprising the website and service (structure, text, logos, graphics, software, databases, etc.) are protected under applicable intellectual property law, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorised reproduction or representation is prohibited.
